  1. The Personal Data Controller is Henkell Freixenet Polska Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Toruń, Mazowiecka 48, 87-100 Toruń.
  2. The Controller can be contacted in writing by traditional mail sent to the above address, or by e-mail sent to ado@henkell-freixenet.pl.
  3. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes and in accordance with the following regulations:
    1. realization of the current recruitment process
      • legal basis: Art. 6 Section 1 pt. c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 from 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, further referred to as “Regulation”) – performance of the legal obligation to which personal data controller is subject;
      • legal basis: Art 6 Section 1 pt. b) of the Regulation – undertaking activities at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; use of the submitted application documents for future recruitment
    2. use of the submitted application documents for future recruitment
      • legal basis: Art. 6 Section 1 pt. a) of the Regulation – consent of the data subject
    3. processing the data subject’s image included in their application documents
      • legal basis: Art. 6 Section 1 pt. a) of the Regulation – consent of the data subject
  4. Providing personal data in the scope defined by the Labour Code or other specific acts described in pt. 3 a) above is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process.
  5. Providing other personal data and expressing consent defined in pt. 3 b) and 3 c) above is voluntary and does not influence the opportunity to take part in the recruitment.
  6. Personal data of the candidates will be stored:
    1. for three months since the end of the current recruitment process,
    2. if consent is given to process data for future recruitments carried out by the Personal Data Controller – until such consent is withdrawn, for a period not longer than one year, starting on 1 January following the consent date. After the period described above, such data can be stored for the length of time prescribed by law or until the end of the period of limitation of possible claims related to the recruitment process.
  7. Personal data will not be transferred to third states.
  8. Such data can be processed automatically at the application submission stage; however, this shall not lead to automated decision.
  9. Personal data can be made available to the following subjects:
    1. firms supporting the Company in terms of technical servicing of the IT (including delivery, installation and servicing of software as well as servicing of hardware)
    2. law enforcement authorities as well as government agencies and institutions if it results from the laws in force.
  10. With regard to processing personal data, the candidates have the following rights:
    1. right to access the data, right to rectify the data, right to remove the data, right to limit processing of the data, right to lodge a protest against processing the data, right to transfer the data;
    2. right to withdraw the consent to processing the data at any moment, without regard to compliance with the right to process data that was carried out before the withdrawal of consent.     3. right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory institution (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if one decides that personal data processing violates the provisions of the Regulation.
